The Sonoma Coast real estate inventory remains high. Potential Buyers continue to show interest as evidenced by internet traffic, office calls, office walk-ins and showings of listings. Scott and myself continue to hold open houses that are well attended. Buyers continue to remain cautious but some are willing to place offers. We have recently placed 2 homes into escrow.
